I work on behalf of people who typically have specialized knowledge in technically demanding disciplines; the kind of creative, intelligent, curious, competent and thoroughly meticulous people who enjoy solving the most confounding puzzles. They can figure it out. It’s what they do.
They also get to be human beings, inspiring me to design user-friendly software that simply gets out of their way without taking them for granted.
