This is the letter from the LSE Complaints Commissioner that proved that the London Stock Exchange had committed market abuse - they lied to the market. The relevant paragraphs are 5 and 6 on page 5. Compare this with the statements in the letters from the Exchange dated 12 March 2004 where they claimed that the Offer was fair and free from influence.
