The market cap of £1.25m stated by advfn is incorrect.

approx 3p loss per share, that has to be worth 3p at a corporation tax rate of 40% to a large company in terms of a corporation tax shield.
ie share are worth a max of 1.2p per share to a takeover company.
If the company was to be purchased for 1/4 of the value it would be 0.3p per share,
That is a handsome 200% profit on the current share price.

According to Room Service - the company was bought from Room Service Group & liquidation last February and is called Room Service Deliveries. This company is Room Service Group & a cash shell to which Rarther is quite correct BUT it could also prove to be a cheap option to gain an AIM listing especially if the company has found a reverse takeover target. Once stock overhang has been mopped up this will prove interesting !

It is most irregular. Never in the history of this listing, or the previous listing, has one person bought up such huge quantities. Margaret has to be either connected to incumbent parties or she is involved in negotiating the purchase of the business.
Room Service has basically said it is looking for a reversal partner. Now this is just conjecture, and if Margaret is a purely independent, speculative investor I don't wish to imply anything underhand, but it is there a reverse take-over already in discussion that we're not being told about? If Margaret is buying up in full knowledge of discussions, then legally the company should announce those discussions to stop Margaret getting into trouble.
If there are no discussions taking place, perhaps Ms Samea is buying up while it's cheap on the assumption someone will eventually buy the listing and give her a premium on her purchase.

If RSV's debt of £200k (roughly)that was taken on by Hanover et al. was capitalised at around current shareprice then you would have an additional 200mln shares in circulation.
It could be that Hanover or the other company that took on RSV's debt is flogging their entitlement in advance.

I have heard of MMs cancelling trades through brokers, if they think you have deliberately mislead them by making several trades in quick succession and thus concealed your true intentions.

I don't see how they can try and use "Market etiquette" as an excuse when it is clearly circumvented by MMs when it suits them. Also I don't see how RSPs can be included in any old boy's agreement from days gone by. Modern systems can react instantly. MMs just squeal when things don't go their way.
However, I note that the updated T&C included a clause to try and prevent rapid dealing in succession.

If I owned 100,000,000 shares and sold them to the MMs, then they redistributed them between one another (say 25m to one mm and 25m to the other) and then you bought them all later in the day, the volume would be 250,000,000 despite there only being 125m in issue.

It is conceivable (although unusual) to have over 100% of shares issue traded particularly if there an even number of buys and sells, each transfer of share from buyer to seller going through an MM. Of course deals between MMs would further exaggerate the number.

Just had a quick browse at L2 quote changes ; at 16:31 , EVO were showing at 0.12 / 0.17 ; WINS at 0.10/0.15 and SCAP at 0.09/0.14 .
From previous posts regarding persons/companys with a significant interests in RSV , the total (in round figures) being held is approximately 72.5 million out of a maximum £124 million approx . Going through todays trades and bearing in mind that advfn seemed to be a little sluggish with amending their quote changes on the trade log , it seems , that buys amounted to 96m and sells 37m .
SO lets contra them and we are left with 59m shares that are now being held . If we add that to the 72m , the total shares being held is 131m , which is 7m above the alloted share capital If you also filter through the BB and see how many have jumped in with 1-2million purchases , me included , and not so many being frighened out at the mo and used this big dip as their reason for jumping in, it all becomes quite unbalanced. Now , to me there can only be two answers . The first being the obvious one that one of the major holders has dumped their stock and there was , as quite rightly suggested , an overhang that needed filling or 2,the MMs are selling stock they ain't got ,hence the volatility .
